You must be a current year PTA member to reserve the birthday marquee! A PTA membership is only $10 and supports our school and all of our children! **Non-members are subject to removal from the SignUp.**

PTA is excited to announce a new way to celebrate a birthday at AMES—the birthday marquee! In January 2024, PTA purchased a new full-color, large digital sign for our roadside that we are now able to use to display birthday messages for our students and staff! Cost is $25 per date.
We utilize SignUp Genius to allow families to reserve the birthday marquee. Once you've joined the PTA, you are eligible to reserve the birthday marquee.
​It is $25 to reserve each Birthday Marquee date, which will be paid directly through the SignUp Genius website. This is a separate and additional fee from the PTA $10 membership fee above. ​
PLEASE READ: Submissions must be received by *END OF DAY THURSDAY THE WEEK BEFORE* the date you are reserving in order to be accommodated. Anything received after *END OF DAY THURSDAY THE WEEK BEFORE* you would like to reserve will not be included, and money will not be refunded. For example, if you'd like to reserve any date Monday, October 7th — Friday, October 11th, your reservation needs to be submitted before end of day Thursday, October 3rd. Thank you for your cooperation!
If you would like to have a Birthday Message on our digital sign for your student's birthday, please read the steps below.
STEP ONE: Join the PTA at https://www.arnoldmillpta.org/general-pta-membership. You must be a PTA member to purchase a digital sign graphic! A PTA membership is only $10 and supports our school and all of our children! **Non-members are subject to removal from the SignUp.**
STEP TWO: Pick a date. Each date is $25 to reserve. Submissions must be received by *END OF DAY THURSDAY THE WEEK BEFORE* the date you are reserving in order to be accommodated. Anything received after *END OF DAY THURSDAY THE WEEK BEFORE* you would like to reserve will not be included, and money will not be refunded. STEP THREE: Choose a design (See image for #1, #2, or #3). Fill in your student's information EXACTLY AS DIRECTIONS INDICATE. We will not make spelling corrections, or contact you to confirm your messaging. The birthday message will be on a 10 second rotation 12:00am – 11:59pm on the day that you have reserved. Up to 10 birthdays may be displayed each day.
STEP FOUR: You will be prompted to pay to finalize your reservation. Each date is $25 to reserve. This is a separate and additional fee to the PTA membership in STEP ONE above.
